Option 1:Send us a link to an Instagram or TikTok video you've created (1k+ views) that fits PreMoss's style and features you on camera: reactions, storylines, or engaging moments. It doesn't need to be about wellness specifically.

Option 2:If you don't have one, you can record a 20–60 second video in the PreMoss format: telling a story or reacting to something related to wellness or sea moss, featuring yourself on camera (talking, reacting, participating, etc.), and share it with us via a Google Drive link.
