Subscription Policy

Our Subscribe & Save option lets you receive PreMoss automatically on a schedule, so you never run out — and lets you lock in our best pricing and bundle deals. Here's exactly how it works.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose a subscription at checkout, you agree to recurring orders and payments on the schedule tied to your plan:

• Single subscription: ships and bills every 30 days.
• Buy 2, Get 1 Free: ships and bills every 90 days.
• Buy 3, Get 1 Free + Free Gift: ships and bills every 120 days.

Each cycle, we'll automatically prepare and ship your order and charge your saved payment method. The free items and gift included in your plan repeat with every delivery, for as long as your subscription remains active — not just on your first order.

We'll email you a reminder one week before each renewal, so you always know when your next order and charge are coming.

Pricing

Your subscription price and everything included are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, along with how often you'll be charged. As a subscriber, you save an extra 10%on every order versus buying the same offer as a one-time purchase. If our pricing ever changes, we'll notify you in advance before it affects your subscription.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You're in control at all times. You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime through the self-service subscription tools in your PreMoss account.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please make any changes or cancel at least 48 hours before your Friday renewal date (by end of day Wednesday). Because PreMoss is made fresh in small batches, once your order has been billed and enters our weekend preparation cycle, it can't be changed or cancelled, but it's always covered by our Refund Policy.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment — cancel whenever you like.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we'll try to reach you to update your payment details. If we're unable to process payment, your subscription and any included bundle offers or gifts may be paused until it's resolved.
