Subscription Policy

Our Subscribe & Save option lets you receive PreMoss automatically on a schedule, so you never run out — and lets you lock in extra savings and a complimentary flavour sample with every order. Here's exactly how it works.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose a subscription at checkout, you agree to recurring orders and payments on the schedule tied to your plan:

• Single subscription: ships and bills every 3 weeks.
• Buy 2, Get 1 Free: ships and bills every 9 weeks.
• Buy 3, Get 1 Free + Free Sample: ships and bills every 12 weeks.

Each cycle, we'll automatically prepare and ship your order and charge your saved payment method. The free items and complimentary sample included in your plan repeat with every delivery, for as long as your subscription remains active — not just on your first order.

Each qualifying order includes a complimentary sample bottle of PreMoss gel so you can try one of our other flavours. Sample flavours are selected by us and may vary based on availability. Complimentary samples are provided free and are not separately refundable.

We'll email you a reminder one week before each renewal, so you always know when your next order and charge are coming.

Pricing

Your subscription price and everything included are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, along with how often you'll be charged. As a subscriber, you save an extra 10%on every order versus buying the same offer as a one-time purchase. If our pricing ever changes, we'll notify you in advance before it affects your subscription.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You're in control at all times. You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime through the self-service subscription tools in your PreMoss account.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please make any changes or cancel at least 48 hours before your Friday renewal date (by end of day Wednesday). Because PreMoss is made fresh in small batches, once your order has been billed and enters our weekend preparation cycle, it can't be changed or cancelled — but it's always covered by our Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we'll try to reach you to update your payment details. If we're unable to process payment, your subscription and any included bundle offers or samples may be paused until it's resolved.
